Hips can get tight from long days sitting at desks, they are also linked to our emotions. A good hip releasing class can leave us feeling not only more open and supple but also allow us to let go of stress or anxiety. All you need is your mat and a quiet corner. Pause the video at any time if you need to take a break and rest in childs pose. Try and take a nice long savasana (rest) at the end to soak up the goodness of the practice. Enjoy! x
