Level: 1-2 

This video is helping to open up the psoas, the hip flexors and the quadriceps at the front of the body. Sitting for long periods at desks or in cars can shorten and tighten the front of the body so this should be a lovely way of opening up the front of the body helping your posture and then your mood as you open your heart, your chest, your throat. 

Remember to breath deeply in and out of the nose and keep a long lower back to protect your back.
