A delicious and healthy way to kick start your day or a great way to avoid reaching for the biscuits mid afternoon. Avocado contains high levels of Vitamin E which does wonders for your skin and apples are full of antioxidants and pectin which helps to remove toxins from the body. It is the smoothie recipe I always rely on. Delicious and nutritious!

  1. • Half an avocado
  2. • Two green apples
  3. • Half a cucumber
  4. • One ripe banana
  5. • Large handful of spinach
  6. • Squeeze of lemon
  7. • Cup of water or coconut water
  1. • Tablespoon of spirulina
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy! x
