Level: 1-2

This is a 10 minute video focusing on standing poses such as Side Angle, Triangle and Wide Leg Forward Bend. These poses are great for developing strength through the body, in particular the legs, the core and the back. Breathe as deeply as possible and try to transition from one pose to the next as smoothly as possible. All you need is some wifi, a mat and a quiet corner. Pause if you need a break at any point.
