Follow this video to take you through very simple Sun Salutations. I take you through 4 rounds and then see if you can do a couple on your own. Take a good deep slow breath for each movement coming into a lovely moving meditation where the only things you need to concentrate on is your breath and your body. All you need is a mat and some wifi. Pause the video if you need to rest in childs pose at any point.
